It is also nice to hear when you think our officers and staff have done a good job. We have a scheme in place in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire where officers and staff give out Feedback cards that ask residents to rate the level of service they have received following their request for help.

We are developing an online form where you can let us know about the service you have received from us in relation to specific crimes or incidents.
