Llandysul Neighbourhood Policing Team
Local Priorities
- High-visibility patrols - the team are conducting a high visibility presence within the community, by patrolling and engaging with the public
- Parking - There are many locations whereby motorists park their vehicles illegally. Four key locations have been specified in the last PACT meeting as they create inconsideration and danger to other motorists: Seion Hill, The bus stop and loading bay on High Street, The bus stop outside Ysgol Dyffryn Teifi and Llandysul CP School, Llynyfran Road
What We Have Done
- High-visibility patrols
High-visibilty patrols have been conducted in Llandysul ward, Troed-yr-Aur ward, Capel Dewi ward and Llandyfriog ward - Parking
Traffic and Highways departments at Ceredigion County Council have been contacted regarding the new traffic order required on the main street through Llandysul and updating the parking lines and signs in Llandysul. Parking notices and advice had been given to motorists who parked their vehicles illegally before the last PACT meeting. Parking has remained as one of our priorities as it is an ongoing problem in Llandysul.
