Become a Member of Ceredigion Citizens' Panel
Membership is refreshed each year to avoid the panels becoming unrepresentative over time and to give as many people as possible the opportunity to take part. If you are a resident in Ceredigion and would like to make your voice heard about local services, plans and proposals, please complete our recruitment form.
Working for Dyfed-Powys Police, Ceredigion County Council, or Hywel Dda Health Board does not exclude you from joining the panel, however if you are a member of Senior Management or a member of the Police Authority, we would ask you not to request membership due to the seniority of your position within the organisation.
Please note: The information supplied in this form will be kept for 2 years, will only be used for Citizens' Panel purposes and will be treated with complete confidentiality under the Data Protection Act i.e. it will not be shared with third parties. The Data Protection Act 1998 regulates the collection, storage, processing and disclosure of personal data and also gives rights to individuals about whom information is recorded.
The data controller is the Chief Constable of Dyfed-Powys Police. Any concerns regarding your personal information, should be directed to the DPP Data Protection Officer on 101 (or 01267 222020 if outside the Dyfed-Powys area)
