Inspector Steve Lee 2032

  • Steve Lee

    Inspector Steve Lee joined Dyfed-Powys Police in 1996 having worked in the public service industry for 19 years. He served as a PC in Ammanford and Kidwelly police stations before becoming a sergeant. He was stationed at Llanelli, Lampeter and St. Clears before taking up his current role of Inspector based in the Carmarthen Rural Section. He said: “I am a local resident and I have found that knowing the local community has helped me identify and deal with the concerns and issues within my section. I look forward to furthering the ties already made with the local communities and our partner agencies, with the intention of reducing crime and instances of anti-social behaviour whilst developing the profile of my neighbourhood policing team”.

Sergeant Mark McSweeney 943

  • Mark McSweeney

    Sergeant Mark McSweeney has been with Dyfed Powys Police for the last two years, where he is currently working with the neighbourhood policing teams across the Carmarthen Area, including Carmarthen Town, Carmarthen North, Carmarthen West, Llangunnor and St Ishmaels.  Before moving to Dyfed Powys, he served 8 years with the Metropolitan Police in London where he also worked as a Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant.
