04/12/2011 - Old lodge- 18 calls since the last meeting. These calls are mainly from or regarding a problem property in the estate. On 10th of this month the occupants of this problem property were successfully evicted, hopefully this will see a noticeable drop in calls to the estate by the next meeting.
5ty’s- total of 8 calls which is a drop from last month. 5 of these being from Ty Cydwell which again focuses on 2 properties of which we are still working with the housing team to try and alleviate the issues being caused by them.
Clos Sant Paul- in the last month Clos sant paul has seen a rise in calls to the location. In total 38 calls has been received this month. There are a number of factors contributing to these calls. We will now work along side housing in order to try and tackle some of the issues.

04/11/2011 - Old lodge has received a total of 18 calls since the last meeting. The vast majority of these being down to a problem property, which the council are nearing the end of evection proceedings with. So hopefully by our next meeting we should see a positive change in the number of calls to the estate.
A total of 15 calls to the 5 ty’s 7 of these being from Ty Cydwell which mainly focus on 2 properties of which we have been working with Chris Williams and Mark Elliot of the Carms Council housing team to try and alleviate the issues being caused by them, words of advice have been given by both the police and the housing team and a warning letters has been sent.
