01/11/2011 - Members of the public voted to continue to the fight against anti social behaviour, deciding to keep this as their priority. They were happy at the police presence within the local villages and stated that there had been a marked decrease in ASB in the past few months.

15/06/11 -  Continued mobile patrols in the Llanymynech area and surrounding
villages seem to have stemmed the anti-social behaviour in the village. There
have been far less reported incidents taken by police. A joint community meeting
was held in Llanymynech Community Centre, with Dyfed Powys Police and West
Mercia Police working together to solve the problem of anti-social behaviour in
the village. During the meeting it was agreed that any reported ASB would be
backed up with a statement so that positive action could be taken. Camera’s were
also discussed and hopefully some will be put up at the Community Centre where
a lot of the incidents stem from.

26/05/11 - Welshpool Rural Neighbourhood Management Team and West Mercia Neighbourhood Policing Team are working in partnership to combat anti-social behaviour in Llanymynech.

Regular targeted patrols in the area have been conducted throughout the village.

A youth has been arrested for vehicle interference and theft following a report of a car being broken into.

4 youths were issued with a Section 59 Notices under the Road Traffic Act for anti-social driving in and around the villages of Llandrinio and Llanymynech. One youth had his car taken off him by the owner.
