Paula Powell of the Brynrheidol Estate, Llanbadarn Fawr informed the meeting of her intention to form a Neighbourhood Watch Association at the Brynrheidol Estate. She is currently the designated Secretary of the Leaseholders Association. It has been agreed that NPT will attend their next meeting at 13:30hrs on December 18th 2010 and give a short presentation into how to set up the Association and how NPT will be able to assist with introducing partner agency.
