20/12/2011 - The Neighbourhood Policing Team officers regularly carry out licensed premises checks in an attempt to reduce Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and promote the Behave or Be Banned Scheme (B.O.B.B.) Officers continue to take positive action against offenders who commit offences whilst intoxicated and in the vicinity of licensed premises. To date there are currently 8 persons serving lengthy bans with a further 2 persons serving interim banning notices while awaiting the outcome of the next B.O.B.B. Meeting.

Community engagement in street surgery, patrols and PACT meetings are proving very beneficial and has already resulted in intelligence information being obtained towards above priority that will continue into December and the New Year.
