Underage Alcohol Purchasing Test in Pembroke Dock and Tenby
Young people have been trying to buy alcohol from premises in Pembroke Dock as part of a partnership operation.
On Friday November 13 a Safer Pembrokeshire Intelligence Led Test Purchase Operation was held in Pembroke Dock and Tenby with two 15 year old girls.
Of four premises visited only one sold alcohol to the girls. The bar staff member has been issued with a fixed penalty notice for £80 and the premises will be looked at by licensing officers.
Sergeant Fintan Godkin said: "Underage drinking is the cause of a lot of anti-social behaviour in our area and we will continue to ensure that licensed premises are responsible."
