Police grow concerned for welfare of missing man

Police are growing concerned for the welfare of a 57 year old man who was reported as missing yesterday.

James Alan Edwards from Ystradgynlais was last seen at his home address at 5.45pm on Monday 10th October.

At that time he was wearing a black t-shirt with a Ford Escort motif and the word ‘cossack’ emblazoned on it.

He is described as white, clean shaven and around 5’8”. He has short dark brown hair, is of stocky build and wears glasses.

He is thought to be travelling in a Nissan Navarra, registration CE02 GUG.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Edwards or this vehicle is asked to please contact police at Ystradgynlais on 101.
