Man summonsed to appear before court on a charge of causing death by driving without due care and attention

A 33 year old local man has today been summonsed to appear before Llanelli Magistrates Court on a charge of causing death by driving without due care and attention.
He’ll appear before magistrates on Thursday 12th January.
His summons follows the death of 45 year old John Henry Tattersall following a road traffic collision on Friday 11th March 2011 on the A4138 between Hendy and Talyclun in Carmarthenshire.
