Serious RTC involving quad bike B4130 between Brechfa and Horeb 30/1/12

At around 3pm Monday 30th January the police attended to the scene of a collision involving a red quad bike on the B4130 between Brechfa and Horeb. One local male aged 28 years old was taken from the scene by paramedics having suffered serious injuries. No other vehicles or persons are believed to be involved. The male is local and his family have been informed and are currently with him at hospital. The road was closed for around 5 hours whilst the investigation took place. Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for any witnesses who were travelling along the route at that time and may have seen a red quad bike on the road to get in touch on 101.
