Police find missing woman in Brecon

Police can confirm that the 71 year old woman reported missing earlier this morning has been found safe and well.

Patricia Ann Evans was reported as missing after taking her dog for a walk yesterday afternoon.

She was found by a member of the public earlier this morning about half a mile outside the village of Bronllys and about a mile or so away from her home.

“Thankfully Mrs Evans appears to be well after her ordeal and is now being looked over by medical staff,” said Inspector Stuart Eckley. “I’d like to thank members of the public who have helped in our search for Mrs Evans, and in particular the person who found her.”
