Road Safety Cameras

The objective of safety camera enforcement is to persuade drivers exceeding the speed limit to slow down. Lower speeds can be expected to result in fewer road traffic accidents and less severe injuries.

Dyfed-Powys Police have formed an extended regional safety camera partnership with local authorities and other organisations throughout Wales to develop a speed reduction strategy for the area.
