Burry Port Police officers and staff have returned to the station following improvement works.
The station has been closed since October last year and officers and staff have been working from the Kidwelly police station.
Inspector Matthew Webb said
“Burry Port Police Station is a key policing hub within the Llanelli Rural Sector and an investment here now provides best value for money for the future. It will house a number of police officers and police staff who together, will continue to keep the public safe. The improvements carried out will ensure that we are able to provide the highest standards of service to our communities.
