On the 29th of September NPT & RPU conducted speed checks throughout Llangunnor and 8 motorists were dealt with for speeding offences and 1 for mobile phone offence.  This is a priority now due to the eastbound carriage way on A48 being closed for 6 weeks from 20/09/16-01/10/16 causing an increased traffic flow through the Llangunnor area.
