Code of Practice for releasing BWV - 096/2021
Do you hold the following information?
I'd like access to your code of practice for releasing bodycam footage to the public. I'd like any relevant documents for each department that might have influence on the decision to release any bodycam footage (FOI department, press office etc.) Please also include guidance for releasing bodycam footage when it might also serve as evidence for an ongoing IOPC investigation.
