I can confirm that that there is no information held by Dyfed Powys police in relation to the number of convictions in respect of homophobic incidents. This is due to the fact that an individual can only be convicted in relation to a (hate) crime and not an (hate) incident. Please note, Dyfed Powys police have interpreted the term conviction as being found guilty at court.

- There were zero (0) convictions in relation to the three hate crimes listed in question 7.
