- Inciting a chid family member to engage in sexual activity (section 26 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2011.
Can I please have information on:
- The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of sexual activity with a child family member aggregated by gender each year from 2011-2021.
- The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of inciting a chid family member to engage in sexual activity aggregated by gender each year from 2011-2021.
