FOI Reference: 476/2023
Request:
Please could I request the following information about victims of modern slavery who have been referred to the National Referral Mechanism by the force from April 2022 to April 2023.
Response 1 & 2:
Please note: The figures outlined below may not be a true and accurate reflection of the information requested as job role/occupation and/or whether an individual is a student or not is not recorded on a referral.
I can confirm that there is no information held/recorded Dyfed-Powys Police as there are zero (0) instances in which it has been recorded on a referral that the victim is either working in the care sector or a student during the specified time frame. However, it should be noted that victim ages are recorded.
It should be noted that owing to the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such matters the information provided may or may not be accurate. It should be noted that for these reasons this Force’s response to your questions should not be used for comparison purposes with any other response you may receive.
