Request:
- How many people have received compensation and the average compensation paid to them for the unlawful arrests and behaviour of police officers for each calendar years (2013 to 2022)
- How many police officers and police staff members are on the police barred list having been dismissed or would have been dismissed from police service for each calendar years (2013 to 2022)

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:
Please note: At the time that this request was submitted there was no information held by Dyfed Powys police in relation to average compensation payouts. However, since then and although there is no requirement to do so the averages have been calculated and have been outlined in the below table.
