Uplift recruits resigning 484/23

Request:

 

How many individuals who joined the force during the Uplift recruitment programme (November 2019 to end of March 2023) resigned during their probation period?

 

If possible, please could you present the figures according to the entry routes into policing (IPLDP, PCDA, DHEP, Profession Policing Degree Pre-Join Pathway, other)?

 

Response:

 

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

 

• 28 officers who joined the force during the Uplift recruitment programme (November 2019 to end of March 2023) resigned during their probation period

- 15 officers resigned whilst undertaking DHEP

- 13 officers resigned whilst undertaking PCDA
