Officers/Staff under NMO/SPO 195/23

Request:

 

I am writing to ask how many Officers, Staff and volunteers have disclosed to your Professional Standards Department that they are subject to/respondent in a case of:

 

1. A) A non-molestation order
2. B) An occupation order
3. C) Stalking Protection Order

 

Additionally, I would like to know how many of these individuals are currently suspended from duty, on restricted duties or operating without restriction.

 

 

Response:

 

I can confirm that there is no information held/recorded by Dyfed-Powys Police as the Professional Standards Department has not received any such cases.
