Request:
1) The total number of people with an address in England to whom Coronavirus fixed penalty notices (FPNs) were issued by Dyfed-Powys Police.
2) The number of people with an address in England to whom a Coronavirus fixed penalty notice (FPN) was issued by Dyfed-Powys Police for contravening the restriction that no person living outside Wales may enter or remain in Wales without a reasonable excuse.
