I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
A placement with parents for a looked after child would be primarily led by Social Services. They would no doubt come to us for a strategy discussion or during a case conference we would share relevant information in relation to the parents and children which would inform their decision making in relation to the suitability of parents for a placement.
This information would then be recorded on our systems under a safeguarding category.
I will add perhaps this is a process that is applicable to England only as they adhere to different safeguarding legislation than we do in Wales, therefore some of our processes whilst they are the same in principle have a different title.
