Request:

Please can you tell me in the past five years:

1) How many members of your police force have retired from your force and within a period of three months returned to work at your force? I believe this is often known as a Return Scheme, or something similar.

2) At the point at which they retired, what is the combined salary of all of those people?

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

Please note: The below information includes officers who have retired and then been appointed to civilians roles having gone through a full recruitment and selection process. This is not classed as a Return Scheme. This information is for the 5 year period starting 01/11/2019 to 30/11/2024.
