OFFICIAL
FOI Reference: 32/2024
Request:
1)For the past year (Jan 1 2023-Dec 31 2023) how many FOI requests were responded to with a response (rather than just a confirmation of receipt) later than 20 working days,
2) and what is the total number of working days late in total that it took for FOI requests to be responded to.
3)For requests that are still open and have not been responded to, please can you let me know how many there are from 2023 (Jan 1 2023-Dec 31 2023)?
Clarification:
(in regards to Q2)Are you wishing for a total number of days for all overdue requests? A total figure? Please can you provide clarity as to what you mean?
As in if you have two late FOIs, one by two days and another by three, the total number of late days is 5.
Response:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
