Q3, 4, 5 & 7
I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to these questions.
The FOI department has been advised it is not possible to provide a firm response to this question as the team responsible are omnicompetent and skilled in every task and the team as a whole undertakes various tasks within firearms licencing. Resource is moved daily and we do not have the same numbers attached to tasks daily as we are reactionary to demand.
Furthermore Staff were not working from home in 2019, however staff are now able to work a maximum of 1 day a week, per staff member, in 22/23/24 from home, however again this is not every week and we base requests to work from home dependent on annual leave/sickness and demand, therefore there is no definitive response for the time frame specified.
I can state however that no additional staff were drafted in or will there be for holiday or sickness cover.
