I understand each Police Force has a Force Crime Registrar who acts to ensure that crime recording and detection decisions are in line with the Home Counting Rules for recording crime and the National Recording Standards.
1) Please provide contact details for your Force Crime Registrar
2) Please find attached "DRINK AND DRUG DRIVING POLICY" from Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary. Please may you provide your equivalent policy or procedure on the subject.
