Employee bank details:
If an employee wishes to change their bank details, they can do so themselves on the police Human Resources computer software system. Dyfed-Powys Police does not have got a manual intervention for this. If the employee does not have access to the police Human Resources computer software system (i.e. maternity leave, long-term sick) then the Human Resources Department would require documentation from the individual, signed and dated, confirming the following:
