Request 1 - 5:

1. Please provide the number of Vehicles of Interest (VOI) at the time of your response on your system for each of the below categories.

2. Please provide the number of Vehicles of Interest (VOI) added in March 2024 to your system for each category of alert, save 'Hotlist entry'.

3. Please provide the most recent internal training material/resources (or similar in nature) created that has relevance to officers determining what category of alert a Vehicle of Interest (VOI) should be added to.
4. Please provide the full name/title of the e-form used by officers and staff when nominating a Vehicle of Interest to the ANPR system 
5. Some VOIs will be nominated by officers and staff via an e-form. Please provide a copy of this form (i.e. a template copy or a completed form but appropriately redacted to ensure no disclosure of personal data)

As at 05.07.24 there were 38 ACT marker held on PNC for Dyfed Powys Police.

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police due to the fact that we do not teach anything from a BOF/ANPR perspective.
