How many incidents of verbal insults by Police Officers against members of the public have been reported (during the process of being arrested/after being arrested)?

thank you for providing the overall number of reports, I've been informed by another force that the terms we'd need to use to get the breakdown are as follows...
Categories are “Use of force” (B4) “Impolite language and tone” (H2) and “Overbearing or harassing behaviours” (H5).
Would this make any difference and make it easier to retrieve?
