By way of explanation fiscal year is 01 April to 31 March, and Section 1 Rape is Rape of a Female aged 16 or over and Rape of a Female aged Under 16.
I will require both male and female victims to be included. This should therefore include the following.

19D Rape of a female child under 16
19E Rape of a female child under 13
19J Rape of a female – multiple undefined offenders
19F Rape of a male aged 16 and over
19G Rape of a male child under 16
19H Rape of a male child under 13

Response 1 & 2:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
There were 7 rape offences that resulted in a charge during the fiscal year 2023-24, all were recorded as having a male suspect and none were female.
Response 3 & 4:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
There were 5 rape offences that resulted in a charge during the fiscal year 2022-23, all were recorded as having a male suspect and none were female.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
There were 13 rape offences that resulted in a charge during the fiscal year 2021-22, 10 were recorded as having a male suspect, 3 of the suspects genders were unknown and none were females.
It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
Furthermore, it should also be noted that Police forces in the United Kingdom are routinely required to provide crime statistics to government bodies and the recording criteria is set nationally. However, the systems used for recording these figures are not generic, nor are the procedures used locally in capturing the crime data. It should be noted that for these reasons this force's response to your questions should not be used for comparison purposes with any other response you may receive.
