Request:

This request is regarding data sharing of arrests between Dyfed Powys Police and Valero Energy Ltd (also known as Valero Logistics UK Ltd Valero Pembrokeshire Oil Terminal Ltd) between April 2022 and April 2023.

I request the following information:

1. Any emails between the chief constable and Valero Energy Ltd relating to disclosures of protest arrests.
2. What was the nature of the data that was disclosed to Valero Energy Ltd.
3. How many names of individuals were disclosed to Valero Energy Ltd.
4. How many address of individuals were disclosed to Valero Energy Ltd.
5. What were the outcomes of the arrests disclosed. E.g. charged, charged and bailed for court, no further action or charged and detained for court.

 

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that no information was shared with Valero re any arrests at an operational policing level.
