Request:

Please can you provide a LIST of ALL TYPES of REFERENCE NUMBER Formats, currently being used by YOUR Police Force to Identify Case Files/Crime Reports and other areas of Record Keeping.

Could you also please provide details of the crime reporting system you use (Niche, Athena etc) along with a blank template of what a crime report print would look like,

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.

STORM C&C:      DPP-yyyymmdd-000

Dyfed Powys Police use Niche Records Management System.

Crimes are recorded via PRONTO and integrated into Niche. 

A blank template of a crime report is attached.                                               

It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
