Request:
I'm requesting data on the shift patterns for the CID department. Specially the organisation of the rota, For example is it one week on day, one week on nights.
Response:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
Currently CID work a shift pattern, which incorporates day shifts (9am- 5pm) and afternoon shifts (2-10pm). There is also a Detective Constable resource working nights (11pm-7am) every night of the year and a Detective Inspector working 5pm-1am every night also. That Detective Inspector is “on-call” after 1am.
Some staff have flexible working arrangements which mean they can work a different pattern.
