Under the Freedom of Information Act please can I request the following information broken down by the following calendar years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.
1 How many applications has your force made to local councils to review the licence of a business suspected of selling stolen goods during the calendar years mentioned above.
2 How many of these applications resulted in a licence being permanently revoked.
Response 1:
I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police due to the fact that zero (0) applications were made to local councils to review the licence of a business suspected of selling stolen goods during the timeframe specified.
Response 2:
A response to question 2 is not applicable, based on the response provided for question 1.
It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
