Request
Section 76 Serious Crime Act 2015 (SCA 2015) created the offence of controlling or coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship (CCB).
Please provide the number of recorded crimes under the HOCR 008/67 – 1) Stalking and Harassment 2) Controlling and Coercive behaviour – from 01/04/2020 to 19/02/2025, in calendar years and for each year.
Please provide all the recorded outcomes for these crimes for each year.
