Please could you clarify the following:
How many police officers have been suspended for sexual assault:
o 2021, 1PC ongoing investigation
o 2022, 1PC dismissed
o 2023, 1 DC ongoing, 1PC dismissed
o 2024, 1PC ongoing
o 2021, 1PC ongoing
o 2019, 1DC final written warning
It should be noted that owing to the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such matters the information provided may or may not be accurate. It should be noted that for these reasons this Force’s response to your questions should not be used for comparison purposes with any other response you may receive.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
All are still ongoing investigations, so the officers are still suspended.

The officer who received a final written warning is still working.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
This paragraph is generally added to requests for information concerning statistics and it is included because forces use different methods for recording statistics and for that reason responses received from several forces should not be compared.
Our Professional Standards Department have confirmed that the data contained within response for FOI request 161/2025 is accurate, and that the caveat about comparing the data with other forces still stands as other forces may record the data slightly differently or respond or interpret this request differently.
