I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below:-
Digital Evidence Management System
No further plans to invest, force has a 10-year contract with Axon through to 2032.
Bespoke Geospatial Intel & Tasking Software -
Force currently operate iR3 Telematics solution which has a tasking module which may be adopted in the future.
The force is also looking to adopt the Dorset Portal application which sits alongside Niche to provide tasking and briefing system to complement Niche. £2,000 per year.
Cloud-based Law Enforcement and Public Safety Software -
No plans currently for any investment.
Investigation Case Management Software -
No further plans to invest, the force has a contract with NicheRMS to 31st March 2028.
Digital Forensics and Investigation Management Software
The force is working in a collaboration with South Wales and Gwent Police and will be exploring the purchase of a regional solution. No further information knowing at this stage.
