Accident on 17/06/2025 Aberystwyth area 1122/2025

Request:

1: Any accident south of Aberystwyth on the 17th June 2025

2: Any road closures by the police on the 17th June 2025 in the Aberystwyth area, and the names of the actual locations.

3: any record of damaged caused by something in the area that may of been caused by driver who destroyed the wheel of his 7.5t vehicle, again in the same location between the time of 10:30-13:00 on the 17th June 2025 or reported on the day in question.

Response:

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police.

Please note: The road stretches checked are the B4340/B4575/A485/A487/A4120 & B4576. These roads are all broken up into sections on our mapping systems, so only those stretches closest to Aberystwyth have been checked.

There are no reports of Road Traffic Collisions or other traffic incidents on the day specified, on any of the road areas specified above. As the requester was unsure of the time the incident was reported, the whole 24hr period has been checked.
