Response 1:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
Dyfed-Powys Police have started to send out Annual Integrity and Vetting Review forms to supervisors in respect of their staff. This requires them to hold a one-to-one meeting with the staff member and go through the form. The form is then signed by the staff member and supervisor and returned to Vetting. The forms are sent out on the anniversary of the vetting clearance.
The annual Development & Assessment Profile (DAP) review is also an opportunity for supervisors to consider integrity concerns.
Officers and staff must abide by the standards of professional behaviour, one of which is honesty and integrity, and the onus is on them to act with integrity and raise issues to supervisors/Professional Standards Department (PSD). A breach of the standards would be considered a conduct matter for review by PSD.
