Request 1 - 4:
I request copies of speed and road-traffic incident data for the A484 through Cenarth (including the village and immediate approaches) for the five-year period 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2025. Specifically please provide:
Response 1:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
Between 01/01/2020 & 31/10/2025 there were a total of 80 RTC’s between Cardigan & Newcastle Emlyn(which is where STORM is configured, to include Cenarth.
Of these, there were:
64 Damage only RTC’s
14 Minor injury RTC’s
1 serious injury RTC
1 fatal RTC.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
If the request is referring to individuals stopped by an officer and issued with a TOR (Traffic Offence Report), then the response is 0.

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police due to the fact that this information is not recorded.

Vehicle classification is not available.
We do not the exact grid references or latitude and longitude for each RTC, as we can only get the nearby location of the police vehicles(if they attended) at the incidents when it is ongoing. We can only provide the latitude and longitude for the sections of roads involved. This information would plot to approximately the halfway point of the section of road involved.
The road sections (and latitude/longitude) involved are:
