I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below:-

The department responsible for providing the information, has provided the following response:-
Yes, the Team appears to be encouraging more victims to support a criminal justice outcome. However, a definitive explanation as to why cannot be provided, only that the evidence suggests having designated RASSO (Rape and Serious Sexual Offences) specialist detectives, engaging with victims from the outset, ensures victims are provided the necessary information regarding the criminal justice process, and available support services during an investigation.
It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate
