Request:

1. The date (or timeframe) when the police force began implementing Right Care, Right Person (RCRP)
2. Any reports, assessments or data – internal or published – where the police force has monitored the implementation and impact of RCRP, including in relation to other services

Clarification: Time period - since December 2022

Information requested - essentially, has the police force instituted any kind of mechanism to monitor the rollout and impact of RCRP, be it regular meetings or a special committee etc. If so, I'm looking for reports tabled at the meetings/committees and any minutes arising from them. Plus any data the police force is logging to monitor the effect of RCRP

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.

Dyfed-Powys Police implemented phase 1&2 of RCRP on 14^th October 2024 and  implemented phases 3 & 4 on 18^th August 2025.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.

There is a PowerBi  product in existence to monitor RCRP demand and an internal RCRP Q&A process to scrutinise decision making from the Force Communication Centre staff.

Dyfed-Powys Police hold monthly RCRP partner meetings with key stakeholders including Health Boards, Social Services, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance and third sector agencies, where any issues or learning are discussed.

We are developing the PowerBi product to accurately capture data for all 4 phases of RCRP. Until we get that product we cannot publish anything either internally or externally.

We do not hold any data apart from that held on PowerBI.                                               

It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
