Please note that we do not have dedicated FLOs in Dyfed-Powys Police, we have officers that possess FLO skills but are not solely responsible for FLO.

They are usually nominated by the Divisional DI/DCI/Insp/CI.

There is a week’s course for Crime and Mass Disaster FLOs which is from the curriculum set by the College of Policing.

An external provider is used for a Road Death FLO course.

Occupational Health (OH) provide annual screening questionnaires and offer follow up support if concerns are identified.

TRIM (Trauma Risk Management) is currently available and OH support and everything else in line with police officer support.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that there is no dedicated system in place that records all FLO deployments.
