I require the last 6 years times when the 101 telephone service was active from the starting hours of the day to the end of the day when there were active call handlers. i require when the 101 service was reachable when 999 call Handlers were the only call handlers not engaged with a backlog of waiting calls.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
101 is a 24/7, 365 days of the year telephone service. All staff within the FCC are trained to take both 999 calls and 101.
