For 2023, 2024, and 2025, please share the number of victims of violence against the person crimes who:

1. Self-reported sex as 'prefer not to say'
2. Had their sex recorded as 'Unknown' or 'not specified'
3. Had their sex or gender indicated on the system somehow as transgender, which may or may not only be hate crime
