Request:

Could you please provide the following information relating to Angiolini Recommendation 6: By September 2024, the National Police Chiefs’ Council, in collaboration with all force vetting units, and building on the results of the recent data-washing exercise, should conduct a review of the circumstances of all allegations of indecent exposure and other sexual offences recorded on the Police National Database and the Police National Computer against serving officers. This is to identify, investigate and ultimately remove those officers found to have committed sexual offences from all police forces.

1. Could you confirm whether or not the force has conducted the review outlined above? 
2. Could you please provide the full results of the review, including:

1. 1. How many allegations of indecent exposure were found on the Police National Database and the Police National Computer against serving officers?
   2. How many allegations of other sexual offences were found on the Police National Database and the Police National Computer against serving officers?
   3. What other sexual offences were they - e.g. rape, sexual assault etc.
   4. How many officers did the allegations of indecent exposure and other sexual offences relate to? 
   5. Please provide details of what happened to each officer identified in this review – e.g. disciplinary action, criminal charges, dismissed, still serving. 

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
