- Anything you might be able to share about aims/objectives
- how many people has to been offered to on an annual basis for the last 5 years
- what are the criteria for being offered the course?
- how many people chose to do the course / declined to do the course
- what was the reoffending rate for kerb crawling among those that participated in the course / did not participate in the course?
Response
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, due to the fact that we do not currently offer a diversion / education course. No such diversion / education course have ever been offered. There are no discussions about introducing such a course.
It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
